When you're trying to figure out and heal from food sensitivities, awareness is everything!

Observing and taking notes is invaluable when you're trying to figure out what foods are serving you well and which ones are triggering symptoms.

I've created this food journal for you to help make this process a bit easier!

HI, I'M LEAH!

I’m Leah, an Integrative Healing Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, and food sensitivity expert.

My goal is to provide helpful content and support that will empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to truly heal your body and mind and to find relief from your food sensitivities.

I’ve created this simple document so you can track your foods and start to gather some information about what you’re eating and how you feel. You can use this food journal for a week or longer to start to identify patterns of reactions to certain foods.

Your symptoms are messages from your body, telling you that things are out of balance or that there is dysfunction. The work I do focuses on helping people listen to these messages, get to the root causes of your individual symptoms, and help to support the underlying imbalances and dysfunction in the body by supporting with foods, herbs and supplements and removing stress on the body.
