Food sensitivities can be confusing and you're not alone if you're feeling unsure of what to eat.

I've created this cheat sheet for you that's full of replacement options for the most common food triggers.

It includes what key words to look out for on labels and a variety of ideas of healthy foods to replace your trigger foods with while you heal.

Once some healing has happened and you've started to address the root causes underlying your food senstivities, you'll likely be able to add many foods back in.

But for now, having a reference guide can be so helpful!
